The past decade has seen major changes for women in business. Not only have we seen a greater presence of women in the workforce, but each year, there are increasingly more women CEOs, CFOs, and Company Presidents.

With this shift have come new programs and greater benefits for women across many corporations. A Business Flair event recognizes that many women are taking it upon themselves to change how business is done and we hope to see this trend continue.

In recent years, we have seen a refocus of women’s goals in the workplace. Women have gone from fitting in at the office to fitting the office into their personality and lifestyle.

We have seen the evolution of networking events from golf games and cocktail hours to shopping events or high tea get-togethers.

Today’s generation of women is not just looking to develop their business careers but to take their role to the next level and make their mark in the business world.
